The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to call for the records in the FIR comprised in Crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent, to quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.4 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.74 of 2013.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No. 4 of 2013, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
