This petition has been filed to modify the condition that petitioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- by way of Demand Draft to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai passed in Crl.O.P.No.14486 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is not able to deposit an amount of Rs.25,000/- as non-refundable deposit. Thus, he requests that amount may be reduced to Rs.10,000/-.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, "petitioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), East Canal Bank Road, Adyar, Chennai." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. It is made clear that, other conditions remain the same.
