Petition for anticipatory bail.
2. Offences under Sections 4(1) a, 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act 7 of TNRS 2000 in Crime No.403 of 2016.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Petitioner is alleged to have dealt with 35 liters of I.D.Arrack. Case property seized. He has seven previous cases. In all the previous cases, he has been granted bail.
5.In this connection, it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case.
6. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
7. Ordered as under;
(i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner;
(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Thirupathur, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;
(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
(iv) Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for interrogation.
