This application has been filed to condone the delay of 437 days in filing the written statement by the applicants/defendants 2 and Adoption Memo of defendant 1 in the above C.S.No.231 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff and he has no objection for allowing the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the plaintiff, A.No.5693 of 2024 to condone the delay of 437 days in filing the written statement is allowed.
