This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear Judicial before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.11664 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Except this modification, other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
