This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4259 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No II, Chengalpet on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
