PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue direction directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct Lord Perumal Swamy Thiruvila and Procession of Lord Perumal Swamy, in Enam Aghram, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, based on the proceedings of the SubCollector in Na.Ka.No.45/2884/2014 dated 30.08.2014 and by the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.53/Thu.Ka.Ka/M/2019 dated 06.08.2019.

The prayer sought for in the present petition to direct the respondent police to give permission to conduct Lord Perumal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Swamy Thiruvila and Procession of Lord Perumal Swamy in Enam Aghram, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District, has become infructuous, since the date, on which they intended to conduct the procession has lapsed.
If at all the petitioner is of the view, that they still intend to get permission on any specific date, it is open to them to make necessary application seeking for permission before the concerned authority and the same shall be considered, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
