The above petition has been filed to reopen the evidence for examining Palanisamy as identifying witness of the signature of Mariappan (deceased) before the Master.

2. Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed.

3.The counsel for the respondent has expressed no objection to allow the present application.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed in the interest of justice.

5. The Registry is directed to list the Original Petition before the learned Additional Master II on 31.08.2023 for recording further evidence.
