C.M.P.Nos.22642, 22664 & 22679 of 2022 in S.A.No.611 of 2019 P.B.BALAJI, J.

The Learned Counsel for the appellant as well as the respondents submit that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and they are willing to report settlement before this Court.

2. It is seen that the C.M.P.No.22642 of 2022 has been filed for condonation of delay of 338 days in filing the setting aside abatement, to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in C.M.P.No.22664 of 2022 and to substitute the proposed petitioners 1 to 3 as appellants 1 to 3 being the legal heirs in C.M.P.No.22679 of 2022, in the above Second Appeal.

3. The Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
