This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25057 of 2022. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents that as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred writ appeal in W.A.No.1123 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay on condition that the appellants therein shall deposit a sum of Rs.83,36,940/- in this Court on or before 23.04.2024 on 03.04.2024. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 12.04.2024 pri Index: Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No NCC: Yes/No 2/3
