This petition has been filed seeking to modify the 1st condition imposed in the order dated 28.06.2024 passed in Crl. M.P. No.929 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- together with two sureties, one surety is blood surety.....The one surety shall be a family member of the petitioner or blood relatives.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the petition for modification of condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition no.1 as "the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] along with two sureties".

3. Except the above condition, all the other conditions imposed by the trial Court remain intact.
