ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking modification of the order dated 24.11.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6301 of 2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.11.2016 in connection with a case in Cr.No.589 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC. By order dated 24.11.2016 in Crl.MP.No.6301 of 2016, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram has granted bail to the petitioner on her depositing a title deed for the value of Rs.1 lakh or depositing a sum of Rs.1 lakh as cash security before the lower court as well as on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders. As the conditions imposed by the lower court are stringent, the petitioner is before this Court for modification of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on behalf of the petitioner, her brother may be permitted to deposit a title deed for the value of Rs.1 lakh, as directed by the lower court.
4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 24.11.2016 passed in Crl.MP.No.6301/2016 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram as follows: "The petitioner shall be released on bail on depositing a title deed for the value of Rs.1 lakh by her brother viz., Ramachandran S/o.Velayutham or depositing a sum of Rs.1 lakh as cash security before the lower court as well as on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders by the Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram.
6. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
