Respondents PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent dated 4.10.2013 bearing Letter No.C3/3873/2012 with respect to the demand of Rs.6,60,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Sixty Thousand only) towards security deposit for proposed development as contained in Serial No.(iii) of the impugned order of the second respondent with respect to the building to be put up at Survey No.133/1A1, Semmancherry Village, IT Highway Road, Old Mahabalipuram Road, St. Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District by quashing the same and consequently direct the second respondent to grant planning https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
