W.M.P. No.26628 of 2021 M.SUNDAR,J., K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for all four respondents is before this Court and learned State counsel is ready to advance arguments but there is no representation for writ petitioner either in physical Court or on VC (video conferencing) platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court. Therefore, with the intention of giving opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again on 26.03.2025 but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' .'
2. Pursuant to the aforementioned proceedings, captioned matter is listed today under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
