The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.J.Vijaya Raghavan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel has no objection for the delay being condoned.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
