Sasikala v. Saravanaraja
CMP.No.18585 of 2019 CMP.No.18585 of 2019 in CRP.No.2340 of 2011 P.T . ASHA, J., The above Petition is filed for recalling the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The only ground on which the petition has been moved is that the notice had been ordered to the power agent and the power agent had expired on 22.11.2014 itself and therefore the parties were not aware about the revision being heard.
2. On perusal of the records particularly the service of notice, it is seen that notice has been served on the counsels who have appeared for the parties in the lower court. Despite notice being served on the respective counsel steps were not being taken by the respondents to represent before this court. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

3. Considering the fact that reasons given for recalling is contrary to the records, I do not find any merit in interfering the recalling petition.
Accordingly, recalling petition stands dismissed.
