Velmurugan v. John Simon

This Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title, showing the 2nd appellant as died and the appellants 4 and 5 are the only legal heirs of the 2nd appellant.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd appellant is no more; that she died on 21.10.2019 and her legal heirs are shown as appellants 4 and 5.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the fact that the appellants 4 and 5 are the legal heirs of the 2nd appellant, as could be seen from the legal heir certificate, the cause title is accepted. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
