The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner management has settled the matter in respect of three workers viz., Mr.Raja, Mr.sampathkumara & Mr.Sampath Girivasan and therefore he is not pressing the writ petition in respect of those persons. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition in respect of the above said three persons is dismissed as settled out of court. No costs.
