This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the petition filed by the revision petitioner in I.A.No.210 of 2021 in O.S.No.54 of 2007 seeking return of the original documents, which are marked as Ex.B1, Ex.B2 and Ex.B3.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this revision, even without issuing notice to the respondents.

3. It is also stated that the respondents herein filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2022, seeking impoundment of those documents. The petition filed by the revision petitioner has been kept pending from June 2022 onwards for enquiry without any substantial progress. Page 2/4

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of both the I.A.Nos.210 of 2021 and 1 of 2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
