The applicant has filed an application to condone the delay of 2862 days in filing a petition to set aside the exparte judgment and decree dated 14.10.2014 passed in C.S.No.687 of 1998 and that has been allowed on terms.

2. Now, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing the present application filed to set aside the exparte judgment and decree dated 14.10.2014 in the said suit.

3. Therefore, in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.
