This application is filed to correct the date of the lease agreement in the prayer by substituting the date "11.06.2002" with "11.06.2012".

2.The respondent has no objection to this application being allowed, in view of the fact that it is a typographical error.

3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioners are permitted to carry out the amendment on or before 20.01.2022.

The amended copy shall be served on learned counsel for the respondent within a period of one week thereafter.

List the matter on 27.01.2022.
