CRL.O.P.No.26895 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail.

2. Offences alleged are under sections 341, 395 of I.P.C. in Crime No.1612 of 2016.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Petitioner is alleged to have committed robbery. No concrete details. It is contended that it is a put up case.

5. Considering the above aspects, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, G.T., Chennai, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, G.T., Chennai on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks.
