It is submitted by the learned counsels appearing on either side submitted that the arbitration proceedings have been initiated and would submit that the relief sought for in these applications could also been taken up by the learned arbitrator and hence, would jointly submit that there is no further necessity to adjudicate upon the said applications.

2. Recording the same, I am inclined to dispose of the Applications with liberty to all the parties to raise all their contentions in the applications to be dealt with by the Arbitrator.

3. It is also reported by the learned Advocate Commissioner that he had received the remuneration as fixed by this Court and the same is also recorded.
