O R D E R

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent, have filed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.08.2015,duly signed by the 2nd petitioner, the second respondent, in which it is stated that the petitioners and the second respondent have now arrived at a compromise and both of them have decided to settle all their issues among themselves. It is also stated in the Memorandum of Understanding that the second respondent is not willing to pursue the complaint any further.

verified and they accepted the contents in the Memorandum of Understanding as true and genuine.

3.The Memorandum of Understanding is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. In view of the joint compromise memo, the proceedings in C.C.No.6 of 2016 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore against the petitioners, is quashed, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
