Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order of interim direction, directing the 5th respondent to take expeditious steps to fill up the existing vacancies in the Post of Lab Technician Grade- II by direct Recruitment pursuant to Notification dated 31.1.16 having REF.NO 8/MRB/2016 by giving preference to the candidates holding Diploma in Lab Technology of two years course (in WMP.No.25589/2019) Pending disposal of the above WP.NO.26209/2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NALINICHIDAMBARAM, FOR M/S.C.UMA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.KADHIRVELU, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petition is merged with the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition, I am not inclined to grant interim direction. Hence the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
