This petition has been filed to implead the petitioners as respondents 10 to 12 in W.P. No.24569 of 2014.

2. Considering the fact that the sixth respondent in the writ petition is no more and the petitioners herein are his legal heirs, this petition is ordered, as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.

4. Issue fresh notice to the newly added respondents, namely respondents 10 to 12 in the writ petition, returnable by 15.11.2022.

5. Post the matter on 15.11.2022.
