This petition is filed seeking to permit the 5th petitioner to the sum of Rs.75,000/- deposited amount in M.C.O.P.No,51 of 2004 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Vellore, Vellore District in the above appeal.

2. On perusal of this miscellaneous petition, it would transpire that this petition is filed solely to withdraw the above sum for meeting out the marriage expenses. Now, almost two years has passed by after filing of this petition and this Court is of the view that keeping the petition pending will not have a fruitful purpose and this petition has now become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed.

4. The Registry is directed to list the main case on 18.07.2023.
