2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy in Crl.OP.No.18695 of 2022 dated 30.08.2022. Further, the time to execute sureties in the above petition is extended for further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
