When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been completed and the case now stands posted for arguments today(21.09.2022) and the learned trial Court is likely to render judgment within a short period.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
