COMMON PRAYER: Application filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of O.S.Rules r/w Sec.9(ii) (d) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, praying to pass an order to appoint Mr. Rajasekar Anandhan, Manager of the Petitioner Bank, as receiver to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the Judges Summon, wherever stationed in the premises of the respondent or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it is found with powers to break down the premises and grant permission to the receiver to obtain police aid from the concerned police officer.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the Receiver has been appointed in all the above applications. But, till date, vehicle has not been seized. During the pendency of the above applications, all the matters were referred for arbitration and the award 3/5

was passed in A. No.6447 of 2019 on 24.12.2018 and in the other applications viz., Application Nos.6448, 6450, 6451, 6455, 6456 & 6458 of 2019, the award was passed on 19.11.2019.

3. In such view of the matter, no further orders are required in the above applications. However, it is for the applicant to enforce the award as per law. Accordingly, all the above applications are closed. 08.09.2020 rpp 4/5
