This application has been filed to pass an order to appoint Mr.Rajasekar Anandhan, Manager of the petitioner Bank, as Receiver to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the Judges Summons wherever stationed in the premises of the respondent or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it is found with powers to breakdown the premises and grant permission to the Receiver to obtain Police aid from the concerned Police Officer.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that arbitration proceedings have concluded and an award has been passed in its favour on 19.11.2018.
3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
