Offences alleged are under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(i)and 379 (NP) IPC r/w.
Section 4 of TNPWH Act.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Due to a quarrel which arose between the defacto complainant and the petitioners, the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the defacto complainant.
Now, the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.
6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners;
(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;
(iii) Each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
(iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
