This Writ Petition is filed against the rejection of the Petitioner's application No.A31607724, dated 23.08.2016 for admission to three years LLB Course.
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. After some elaborate arguments by the learned counsel on either side, relying on the decision of the Division Bench of this court made in WA.No.1632 of 2015, dated 08.01.2016, it is contended by the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent University that since the Petitioner did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
complete the SSLC in the regular course, the application for the Petitioner for admission to 3 years LLB Course was rightly rejected.
4. The Division Bench of this court made in WA.No.1632 of 2015, by judgement dated 08.01.2016 has held as under:- "25 In view of the aforestated premises, we are of the considered opinion that the appellant is not eligible under prescription of Rule 5 of the Rules of Legal Education read with Eligibility Criteria for admission to 3 years LL.B course. The respondent University has rightly rejected the appellant's candidature for admission to the said course."
