This application is presented by the borrowers from the respondent herein.

2. An order of attachment of the immovable property described in the schedule to the judges summons was passed on 26.11.2019 in Application No.5674 of 2018 at the instance of the lender.

3. On the ground that the relevant loan account was settled subsequently, the present application is filed. Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the respondent/lender. On instructions, he concurs in the submission that the applicants discharged their liability pursuant to a one time settlement.

4. In view of the submissions of learned counsel representing the respondent/lender, this application is liable to be allowed as prayed for. Accordingly, the order of attachment made in Application No.5674 of 2018, in respect of the property described in the schedule to the judges summons, is hereby raised. A copy of the order shall be communicated to the SRO, Manavalakurichi.
