CRL.O.P.No.26905 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.711 of 2016 for offence under Sections 294(B), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The petitioner is the second accused. He has been included in assault case. The injured has been treated and discharged from the hospital.
4.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a disabled person. He has been falsely implicated in the case.
5. In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
6. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted.
(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned XV Metropolitan
Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;
Dr.P. DEVADASS, J., pri/dp (iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
(iv) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
