2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has filed charge sheets by omitting the name of the petitioner as there is no prima facie case made out against her and to that effect, she has also filed a memo before this Court. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as 2/4

withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
