PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 12.7.2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Chennai in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in I.D.No.9 of 2018, quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to produce all the documents as prayed in the petitioner's union I.A. This is petition filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order order dated 12.7.2023 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Tamil Nadu, Chennai in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in I.D.No.9 of 2018 and to direct the 2/4

first respondent to produce all the documents as prayed in the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner union.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an interlocutory application for production of documents in the fresh dispute to be referred as per the order dated 15.9.2023 in W.P.No. 25169 of 2018. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle today to that effect.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is also dismissed. 15.09.2023 Index : Yes (or) No Speaking Order : Yes (or) No 3/4
