O R D E R

This petition has been filed to seeking for a police protection to the petitioner and her family members and for the property belonging to the petitioner.

2.It is seen from records that there is already a suit pending between the parties in O.S.No.258 of 2017 before the Subordinate Court, Hosur.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of an interim injunction granted in favour of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, the counter party is violating the interim order and is causing threat to the petitioner and her property. 4.In a case of this nature, it would be better if the petitioner approaches the same Civil Court and seek for an appropriate remedy for both violation of the interim order granted by the Court as well as for police protection. Wide powers are vested with the Civil Court to deal with the issue and the Civil Court will also have the entire materials placed before it. This Court is not willing to exercise its jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C parallelly. 5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Civil Court in which O.S.No.258 of 2017 is pending.
