[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.J.Lenin, Standing Counsel takes notice for R2.

Mr.R.Gopinathan, Standing Counsel takes notice for R3. Mr.H.Shabeer Ali takes notice for R5 and R10. P.Sidharthan takes notice for R11. Respondents 4, 6 7, 8 and 9 though served have not entered appearance.

4. Despite objection raised by the respondents' counsel, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
