Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.15577/2021 order dated 31.08.2021 that on condition that the petitioners/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 31.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15577 of 2021 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners did not comply the conditions imposed on them by order dated 31.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no merits in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
