This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to file a final report pending in Crime No.3 of 2020. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the first respondent has registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2020 on 05.09.2020, no final report has been filed till date. 4.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 6.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
