Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating the second respondent vide proceedings No.N.K.Service 2(1)/12725/99 dated 10.05.1999 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay all the retirement benefits.

With the consent on both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The writ petition has been filed seeking Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating the second respondent vide proceedings No.N.K.Service 2(1)/12725/99 dated 10.05.1999 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay all the retirement benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of similar charges framed against his colleagues, namely, R.Prakash and D.Vijayakumar filed writ petitions in W.P.No.11709 of 2012 and W.P.No.29134 of 2013 respectively, by an order dated 24.04.2012 and 25.10.2013, this Court has given a direction to the respondents to pass a final order in the disciplinary proceedings already initiated against them on 10.05.1999. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that if the same order is issued it would be sufficient.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to pass final order in the proceedings No.N.K.Service.2(1)/ 12725/99 dated 10.05.1999 before the end of November 2016, failing which the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner shall stand lapsed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
