2.The petitioner seeks early disposal of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2019 in O.S.No.248 of 2019, pending on the file of the District Munsif 1/3

Court, Ambattur, Chennai. The suit in O.S.No.248 of 2019 is one for permanent injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession of the schedule property along with the suit, the petitioner has filed an application for interim injunction. The said application is pending since 06.09.2019.

3.Considering the long pendency of the application, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2 of 2019 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
