This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17943 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26897 of 2019 dated 03.12.2019, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17943 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.26897 of 2019 dated 03.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam on the first working day 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

shk of every Month for a period of two months and thereafter as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam. The remaining conditions are unaltered.
