Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No.8669/2021 in Crl.OP.No.11140/2021 dated 02.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.KALAIZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioners for a period of two weeks on 02.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.8669 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11140 of 2021 to execute sureties. Now the petitioners, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
