The suit is laid for recovery of money. The applicant herein is the defendant in C.S.No.454 of 2014. It was laid for the realisation of money from the defendant. For executing the decree, the plaintiff has taken out E.P.No.28 of 2019 and before the Execution Court, the applicant / judgment debtor has settled the entire decreetal amount and full settlement was recorded and the Execution Petition was terminated on 11.02.2020. 2.At the time the suit was subsisting, the plaintiff had an advantage of an order of attachment before judgment. The present application is taken out for raising the attachment.

3.The plaintiff has also recorded no objection to the same. 4.In view of the above, this application is allowed. The attachment is raised. The Registrar is required to communicate the same to the concerned Sub Registrar.
