Challenging the cancellation of patta by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent on 26.12.2015. Seeking to expedite the said appeal, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal filed by the petitioner dated 26.12.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent.
