[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Petitioner has come up with this Petition seeking production of his wife viz. G.Priyadharshini, before this Court. 2.

In the earlier order dated 27.09.2019, this Court has recorded that the detenue does not want to join the Petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Though the detenue is not present today, she appeared before this Court on the last two occasions. Hence, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
