2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed an affidavit of undertaking by the petitioner, wherein, it is stated that the petitioner undertake to vacate the suit schedule property, pursuant to the order passed in E.P.No.18 of 2022 in O.S.No.207 of 2011 dated 26.07.2022 on or before 30.04.2023.

3. The undertaking affidavit filed by the revision petitioner that he would handover the vacant possession of the suit property in O.S.No.207 of 2011 to the respondents on or before 30.04.2023 is recorded. The executing Court is directed to defer execution proceedings till 30.04.2023. By recording the said undertaking, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
