Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to executing the bond with the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur, in Crl.O.P.No.11143 of 2021 dated 29/06/2021 to pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.GOWSIK SUNDAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 29.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11143 of 2021 to surrender and execute the sureties.
